Start with the music you enjoy
Our full reception packages start with six musicians, including two lead vocalists. Tell us your favorite artists and the sound you like. We’ll discuss the lineup, venue space, and any ceremony or cocktail-hour coverage you need. Lighting and a DJ set are available to discuss too.

A few practical questions
Can we choose the songs?
Yes. Share your must-play and do-not-play preferences. For a newly learned live song, send the artist and exact version at least 30 days ahead so we can confirm the arrangement. We generally learn up to three new live songs per event, including special dances.
How do you handle travel and timing?
Travel and any lodging are included in your quote for the venue. We request access at least two hours before guests arrive for setup and soundcheck. The five-hour booking period covers cocktail hour and the reception; ceremony music is separate. Recorded cocktail-hour music is included when it uses the main reception setup. Live musicians or a separate cocktail-hour location need the appropriate coverage in your quote. We usually play 60 to 90-minute sets with 15-minute breaks. Your quote and contract confirm the schedule.
