Projection, screens and playback for slides, videos and branded content. We coordinate file testing, presenter connections and playback cues with your event lead.
Live streaming
Live video and audio for remote attendees. We confirm the streaming platform, camera coverage and venue connectivity requirements during planning.
Event recording
Record presentations and event programs for internal communications, training or post-event distribution. 4K capture is available. Editing, file formats and delivery schedules are defined in the proposal.
Lighting
Uplighting and room accents coordinated with your event’s colors and venue layout. Lighting requirements are reviewed alongside sound and video.

Our service includes setup, onsite operation and teardown. Your technician stays for the duration of your event to manage sound, presentation cues and the other services in your production plan.
Before the event, we review the run of show with your team and venue. Your proposal confirms equipment, staffing, coverage hours and deliverables, so responsibilities are clear before anyone arrives.

Room layout, equipment placement, power, internet access and setup and teardown windows.
Presenters & content
Microphone requirements, presentation files, video playback, cue lists and any scheduled rehearsal.
Event operation
Equipment setup and testing, presenter checks, and technical operation throughout the contracted program.

For recorded events, agreed coverage, editing requirements, file formats and delivery dates.

Is onsite technical support included?
Yes. Every booking includes a technician who remains onsite to operate the equipment and address technical issues during your event. Staffing and coverage hours are confirmed in your proposal.
What events do you support?
Our focus is single-room corporate meetings, panels, fundraising dinners and awards programs. We assess the venue, audience size and production requirements before confirming scope and staffing.
Can streaming and recording be combined?
Yes. Live streaming and local recording can be included in the same scope. Streaming resolution depends on the platform and available connection; recording resolution is specified separately. Edited highlights are quoted as an additional service.
How is the proposal priced?
Pricing reflects the equipment, crew, preparation, onsite hours and deliverables required. Setup, rehearsal, event operation and teardown are accounted for in the proposed schedule.
Do we need to book Soulution’s band?
No. Sound and production services are available independently of live entertainment.
