Make the venue part of the conversation
Send the venue address and tell us where guests will gather, eat, and dance. If those are separate spaces, we’ll review each one for sound, equipment, and access.
We need a flat, solid surface and can’t set up directly on grass, sand, or mulch. Plan access at least two hours before guests arrive for load-in, setup, and soundcheck. For an outdoor party, review the weather backup with us while you’re making arrangements.

Can you prepare a custom quote for a private party?
Yes. We quote for the date, venue, lineup, and coverage. Send your budget and priorities so we can explain the available options and what each includes.
Can we request a song for a birthday or anniversary?
Yes. Send the song, artist, exact version, and intended moment at least 30 days ahead. We’ll discuss the arrangement alongside your must-play and do-not-play choices and confirm what works.
Will there be music while the band takes a break?
Yes. We provide recorded music between sets and welcome your playlist. Live sets usually last 60 to 90 minutes with 15-minute breaks. We plan them around meals, toasts, and other activities.
